Online Group Classes
You might have tried yoga and pilates before. But you won't have experienced anything quite like Foundation Training before. Whilst we are in lockdown 2.0 I am running some beginners classes online.
What You Will Learn
Foundation Training works on some basic principles of decompression, expansion and elevation.
You will be taught whole body movements and poses that help you feel better:

If you have never done Foundation Training before you will need to contact me before booking. I run online Introduction courses so check back for dates or email me to be put on the waiting list.
What You Need to Know!
You will need to down load the ZOOM app to be able to view the class. When you have booked and paid you will be sent an invitation link and password. Classes cost £10 and last for 45 minutes. You will need enough space to stand up with your arms spread out and to lay down flat on your back with your arms over head. A yoga matt will be useful and have a bottle of water as you may get hot.
